At The Boulder Planet Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your climbing gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and climbing shoes show no signs of gym or rock use.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
